LABORATORY OF DRIVE AND CONTROL

In the laboratory of the basics of drive and control laboratory classes are given in the field of mechatronics, such as:

- testing the basic hydraulic characteristics of electric drive systems,

- designing electrical and electrohydraulic systems and control systems of mechatronic devices,

- programming of PLC controllers and inverters.

View of the Drive and Control laboratory

The Drive and Control Laboratory is equipped with SIEMENS and FESTO DIDACTIC teaching sets. Two stations are equipped with sets of industrial hydraulic elements and hydraulic lines with special connectors for quick and convenient assembly of various power automation systems. These elements, thanks to additional mounting brackets, can be easily mounted on the specially designed profile plates. The stations are also equipped with the FLUID-SIM H software that enables the design and simulation of hydraulic systems and the multimedia educational software FLUID STUDIO.
 

Teaching stations for testing hydraulic elements FLUID-SIM H and the TP801 Festo  brushless servo drive

Electric drive stations are equipped with a stepper motor and a brushless motor as well as PLC controllers controlling their operation. This enables the programming of specific functions and parameters of drive systems, and then testing their operation (registration of selected parameters and characteristics) after programming.
